Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated at checkout due to large quantities of orders.
Shipments are not processed over weekends.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping is free and in most cases will be sent via UPS Ground or USPS Priority to get the product to the consumer fast. In rare circumstances, USPS Media Mail may be used if it doesn’t present an excessively long shipping time.
*Although we warrant scratches for up to 5 days from delivery, we may decide to work with the consumer if it is evident that the product was damaged due to improper handling by the carrier, in which case and insurance claim will be pursued.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Tracking information is automatically emailed out to the email given at checkout, when the package label is created.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Moldi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will not refund an order that is refused due to any customs, duties or taxes due at delivery

Returns Policy
No Returns after shipment
Moldi will not offer a refund for any orders after shipping. If the order is a non-custom size (i.e. one offered regularly for sale on the website), we will refund the order prior to shipment, minus any fees accumulated.
